Monthly meter readings

It is important that we receive regular meter readings to ensure that your monthly gas bills are as accurate as possible and you only pay for the energy you have used.

Please provide your meter readings to us between the 25th and the last day of each month. If we don’t receive a meter reading between these dates then your gas consumption will be based on estimates.

We will send monthly meter reading reminders to you by email. You can either send us a meter read or a photo of your meter along with your name and account number (which can be found on your Opal Gas contract) by emailing reading@opalgas.com or by completing the contact form on this page.
