Moving to new premises?
If you are moving to a new premises then please do let us know. We will require a few details to ensure that your account is closed down correctly and we may be able to help with your new gas supply.
Under ‘change of tenancy’ regulations, gas contracts automatically terminate when you leave your old premises and cannot be transferred.
Please complete a change of tenancy form which can be downloaded here and email this to us at admin@opalgas.com
If you have recently moved into a property, it is important to contact the supplier of the property immediately.
The existing gas supplier at your new premises will continue to supply gas to you but this will be on ‘deemed contract rates’ which can be very expensive.
