If you don’t have AMR*, it is important that we receive interim meter readings to ensure that your monthly gas bills are as accurate as possible and you only pay for the energy you use. Without regular meter readings from you we will bill based on estimated consumption, which may be higher than your actual usage.

If you want us to bill you based on your actual reading for this month, please give us your reading between the 25th of this month and the 3rd of the following month. If you don’t send us a meter reading between these dates then your consumption will be based on estimates until such time that we receive a reading on time.
